- Please be aware that the online payment processing company will apply a $4.95 surcharge to each eCheck transaction and a 2.95% surcharge to all credit card transaction.

AUTO-DEBIT: with Community Specialists:
- Your assessment payments are withdrawn between the 5th and the 10th of every month.
- Should your bank or account information change please
- New activation requests will take 30 days to process. Please plan appropriately.
- If you receive a statement in the mail, please mail in your payment with the statement stub provided to the address on the stub.
- If you do not receive a statement, payments must be mailed to managements main office with the unit and building address documented on the check.
- Payments must be payable to the assocaition, the '1122 North Dearborn Condo Association'.
