Party Room / Roof Deck

Hours: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Costs: $100 Non-Refundable & $250 Refundable
 
  • Children under the age of fourteen {14} must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while on the roofdeck.
  • Nothing shall be thrown, dropped, shaken or swept off the roofdeck. This could cause property damage or bodily harm to others.
  • Pets are prohibited from the roofdeck at any time.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the roofdeck. No glass containers of any kind are permitted.
  • Recreational equipment of any kind is not permitted on the roofdeck.
  • Lawn chairs are permitted on the roofdeck but must be returned to the resident's storage or unit when not in use.
  • Cooking and grilling are not permitted on the roofdeck at any time. An exception would be for building-wide social events which may be organized by the Association with Board approval.
  • Gardening, planting, or potted plants of any type are not permitted on the roofdeck. An exception would be for planting done by a landscape contractor on behalf of the Association with Board approval.
